Anyone else have this problem.

My phone is not a new model, but its not particularly old either.
But it seems flawed in a really annoying way.

It has the ability to take pics and vids and a whole host of adjustments to take the perfect pic/vid, but...

...it only works in natural light.

Whenever i try to use it, however well lit the room is, it just fails big time to record much beyond a fuzzy black, so you can barely or only just make out the pic/vid.

I took a small video, but the quality is so poor. Has anyone found a way of 'tweaking' the problem.

Is there any way to enhance the video using video editors? I'm assuming that if it records darkly, thats all that can be seen and no amount of fiddling with it will help.

Turn on way more lights, and make sure they're in front of you and not behind you. Editors can only do so much.

The problem is either there is too little light or too much light, or the source of light is against your camera.
I think there is landscape mode, night vision mode, or room mode, one of which are suitable with the problem you have.
Or simply like what Borg told you. Lights should be behind you.

I have a feeling Telstra can help you on this one though.
