Service Calls and Getting Hit On

This has always been a question of mine and im now finally getting around to posting it. Basically i just wanted to know anyone who has to do service calls like for cable or an electrician or something of that sort, and if you get hit on?

Weve been having problems with my cable and the service tech was hot as hell, and hes literally in my bedroom, bending every way to find the correct wire, and such, and im just sitting there thinking, what if i started flirting with him? is he used to it?

So im just wondering if anyone has ever been hit on inappropriately while trying to do your job, BTW no i didnt flirt with him, i just kept it all in my head.

Also i guess i can pose the opposite, have you ever overtly hit on a service technician?

I've been to scared shit would go south real fast, plus when I see a wedding ring, I just put it out of my head and just admire from afar. You never know if they go back to the company and repeat what happened, never know if they are REALLY not into being hit on by guys so they figure out some way to fuck with your cable to cost you money, etc. or go to your landlord and report you, you just never know the outcome. Your best bet is to talk to them which most do and find out things about them or bring up hangouts etc and if you just have to have at him, make sure you are where they hang out, lol, but usually after they leave, I'm over it.

Depends on your definition of "inappropriately". If someone you're not attracted to is hitting on you, you're more likely to see it as inappropriate that someone you want to hit on you.

As for myself, I've been hit on by men and women and the ones that I disliked were crass, or didn't take the hint (or even direct speech) that I wasn't interested, or that this wasn't the time or place to be hitting on me, or combos of those.

Don't let proximity cloud your ethics or your judgment. Of course an installation technician is going to crawling around, and in compromised positions. He's running cable, etc., and he can't be bothered to look to see if there is some guy behind him, perving at every stolen glance.

Whether he is or isn't hot is irrelevant.

Making casual conversation is fine, but coming on to him or vice versa is just a disservice to customers and service people alike. Setting any expectation of a lowered standard is just irresponsible to promote here.

so i was talking to his repair man about a problem i was having, while he was talking me though the fix he was saying stuff like on the rod and destroying each other on a camping trip. the idea of two guys fucking so hard that he destroys your ass....wow...
