>___< my, she looks creepy, like a disfigured Asian woman. And she used to be beautiful...
Any life amounts to no more than one drop in the limitless ocean. Yet what is any ocean but a multitude of drops?
OMG! Michael Jackson reincarnation!!! Pale skin and all.

I use to lol about things like this...
But now I just realize that some PoC basically have seriously deep-seated issues and strive so much to conform to beauty standards that just aren't about them. It's so deep in their psyche that they can't shake it or be rational about it. It's not even about minor and flattering adjustments via cosmetic surgery, they go so overboard and the look just doesn't suit them.
Lil Kim was cute when she was younger, san all the strange plastic surgery and skin bleaching that she's been doing for the last several years.
But Foxy Brown was prettier than her, imo. And she still is, tbh, since she looks pretty much the same and is aging well despite some issues with weight-fluctuations.

I thought I'd get that out there before someone decided to post unflattering photos of her when she was "soooooooo fat" (except she was only a bit chubby and was wearing ill-fitted clothes) to prove that she isn't aging well. She got ridiculed for it on celeb gossip sites and stuff. But then she dropped the weight.
For women, being fat/heavier goes in and out of style I think (see: all the old school paintings with chubby women) and it's more of a cultural thing (like some cultures practice force-feeding to fatten up women). But I'd say most cultures generally prefer a slim look for women and men. Slim is also subjective but I think it has it's limits (somewhere between extremely skinny or extremely fat).
As for the youthful = more beautiful thing, yeah that's pretty much universal.
this is crazy! some people need to know when to stop, jesus! i feel bad that she's basically unrecognizable and quite obvious shes had work done. plastic surgery is usually meant to enhance what you already have, not completely change the feature.
she should've stopped a long time ago (in my opinion)
I think it's all part of Kim's plan to kill Nicki Minaj and steal her identity. All she needs is a pink wig, yellow lipstick and a funny English accent, and no one will be the wiser.
wow. this is tragic. she looks like michael jackson.
i like this post.
heres an article i came across a couple of days ago. it doesnt really relate directly to this, yet somehow it does. its actually a defense of the "white surgery", sort of, and i found it interesting, because its a well thought out and intelligent article:

actually, kim was the one doing colourful wigs and slutty getups a decade before minaj.
Why are you guys arguing over a woman?
...why not?
Like Latoya Jackson she got a head transplant
^ Exacctly, where?
LMAO at some of your comments! hahaa~! Lil' Kim Chee and Lil' Kim Young Ill! LOL!

That was an interesting article. Thanks. I do read Jezebel and I remember the article that this writer took issue with.
Regarding Korean beauty standards, I have to say the small face thing makes the least sense to me. I don't even know what that is about or why it's being done. From what I've seen in online discussions, it's because most Koreans have wide faces/big heads...so getting or having a small oval shaped face is considered unique and special? This explanation seems a little too simplistic. Contouring your entire facial bone structure sounds incredibly painful and invasive. It must take a lot to be driven to such extreme measures.
Anyway, it seems like many South Korean celebrities get plastic surgery to tweak certain things-- mostly their eye-lids and nose, it's nothing drastic but I realize that there is a pressure to look a certain way to get ahead. Celebs in the West do a few things to enhance or change their features via plastic surgery for similar reasons. Many average Westerners and Koreans also have work done. I'm not sure why the Jezebel writer was overreacting as if the Koreans have gone off the deep end.
She has too much talcum powder on her face, just saying.
Talcum powder?made from cum?
