Shoes being on during sex if the person isn't wearing any other clothing. Especially boots. It just makes me feel like it's an uncomfortable experience for all parties involved. I can't stand to see it in porn, especially if they're wearing boots on a bed.

On the other hand, I love guys who are dressed normally from the waist up but naked from the waist down. Something about the contrast does it for me.
