I have more examples of people (well respeected people) admitting on film that aliens do exist. Sadly, our government has been involved in this coverup for a VERY long time. I think virtually any hostile alien onslaught from an alien capable enough to come here from elsewhere would be completely onesided, unfortunately. I'm always bemused by the movie idea of aliens having fighters and actually "coming down to fight." Alex Jones can no longer tell truth from fantasy. He sustains his wild notions by telling himself little lies all the time, namely by spinning events to fit a pre-conceived notion with the result that he looks like a fool. Much of what he says about the control of our world by an elite few may very well be true, but he can't separate truth from ludicrous jumps of illogic, so in effect he'[s working as the tool of those few because the result is he discredits the truth.

Though personally, I've always been a fan of the "Roadside Picnic" concept that an alien sentience is more likely to take a form that would make it so utterly inhuman that even its "sentience" would not be recognizable by a human mind. There is absolutely no reason to expect that sentience should develop in humanoid form.

That will depend a great deal on the sort of species they are. Consider an intelligent marsupial: they grow in litters, not as individuals, so every individual is going to be a member of set of "twins", or triplets, quadruplets, quintuplets... whatever. They'll automatically think in terms of being part of a group rather than as isolated individuals, and that will make their whole society entirely different.
