Every circumcised penis looks slightly different. The underside of my penis is very uneven tonally and in skin texture. It's part of living in this world where we modify penises.

I've read about circumcision's effects before and I can't remember the exact terminology, but it looks like you may have had some foreskin that continued to adhere to the glans of the penis on the underside. I think it's called a skin bridge I'm not sure, though.

I would just know that every person who is circumcised has unpredictable variations as a result of it. I've seen examples that were shocking. Yours is not such a case. Hey, thanks for your guesses... but not exactly: I was born with Hypospadias (peehole located at the shaft) and had some surgery to correct that condition at ages 4 and 9. My foreskin was used to relocate the hole towards the glans. Thanks God everything turned out great, just the visuals are different I assume... But as long as it works, I'm happy
