I truly believe Bryan Fischer is a latent homosexual. I've read his writing for years. He has a disproportionate obsession over the sex gay men have. He will write entire blogs making arguments against homosexuality that only portend to gay men. He ignores lesbians 90% of the time in his homophobic logic and will often go into graphic detail about gay, male sex. His sexual fixation is clearly beyond the norm of a typical person. Even for a person who is generally anti-gay.

Nope. Any individual right is a constitutional right, under the ninth and tenth amendments. It may not be an enumerated protected right, but rights do not have to be enumerated to be protected.
