Hello guys,
I write here because I don't find any forum or anything else on the web... it seems no one has had my same problem.
I subscribed to grindr extra fo 4$ a month or so... now I want to delete my subscription, but when I write to grindr tech help no one answers... I receive te automatic message but nothing else.. and my credit card continues being charged of 4$ a month...
What should I do? I live in europe.

Grindr always take so long to reply.. why not call your credit card company and have them to do something?

Call your credit card company and report your card as lost or stolen. They will issue you a new card no questions asked (besides where did you last see it etc....). All recurring charges will cease and you will have to notify to all companies who you want to continue charging to your card your new number.
Your credit card company WILL NOT reverse any previous charges unless you can prove fraud. They will tell you that this is between you and Grindr and does not involve them.

This month I will pay the 4.97$, next month if grindr will charge the credit card again i'll try to send my credit card company their Disputed transition form... apparently, if i print all the emails and explain/show them that I tried to ask to delete the subscription it should work... i am not worried for the past money, what it's important is that they do not accept any other charge from grindr... i will never for sure subscribe to grindr again! I hate when i'm ignored, from a company like this.... the app had soooo many problems, everytime connection did not work, i lost tons of messages etc.. and now they do not answer???

Don't report your card as lost or stolen. Just tell your credit card company you want to block the charges because the company has not responded to your cancellation requests.
The credit card company should be happy to oblige. i'm sure they'll understand and block the charge without giving you a run around.
Grindr is total crap anyways...
