definitely, the lack of "benefits" only bothers me insofar as I'd love to know why (eg: am I physically repulsive? is he in a serious relationship with someone that he feels like he has to hide from me? etc)... bothers me more than we don't really even feel like friends anymore, and if I wasn't giving him a roof over his head, it feels like I wouldn't be in his life at all.

I think this (mostly) selfless act is giving you good Karma points. It's pretty rare that people really help each other out anymore these days unless they get something in return. Even though he doesn't show it, I'm sure he appreciates it. It could be that he's trying to stay out of your way so as to not be a pest, or to bother you. I know if I was imposing on someone like that, I'd try my damnedest to keep out of their way as much as I could.

O yeah..there is something different in the way I play the sims 3. When it was the era of sims 2, I just had a fixed idea of how my town must be populated. I only allowed hot-good looking-male-bodybuilders with skimpy clothing, no female character exist. No excuse. It was truly man's man's world.

But right now..I dont care if there are females in my game, I let them populated. I let straight couple exist in my game x_x, my sims aren't must be good looking or wearing sexy clothing, I let the base game created them.

Yes I still play with gay couple-characters that can pregnant. Yes, my characters still fit and pretty but the difference from my previous way playing sims that I DONT overly micromanaging the simulation world. ^^

Still, I can't bear horrifying sight that my game often randomly generate harsh looking sims with horrendous clothing (Jockstrap for outwear anyone? ) It must be a bug in the game a hell of crazy bugs. Lol ^^

I have a computer desk with legs around 26.5 inch height, with indentation for keyboard shelves around 3 inch.
I NEVER bought the right chair for my desk- it's always rather too high/low. Too high until I bump my knee a lot or too low until my back hurts.

To all you math advance: What is the appropriate height for my chair so I can sit comfortably enough?

It is that way for me too. I feel like I am slouching forward with most standard chairs even at their lowest height setting so that my arms come down to the right height for mouse/keyboard. I hurt my back frequently because of this.
