1999 Corolla. Suits me just fine. Great gas mileage and no problems despite pushing 170,000 miles. I take care of it as with my other possessions. And these older cars tend to have less recalls than the newer ones.

I used to have a nice older Ford Ranger 4x4. Sold it because I was given a nice car and needed the money to fuel my alcohol addiction. The nice car was a 2001 Honda Accord, V6, black, gray leather, sports rims and tires. I had to sell it to pay for my rehab and court fines and all the bullshit I caused myself last summer. Now I drive a piece of shit Pontiac Vibe that's all dented up from two deer smashes. Got it for a grand. I guess I shouldn't complain. It runs and I have transportation.

So do I. Is yours silver, by any chance? Mine has about half the miles of yours. Living in L.A. would account for that. When it came time to buy a new car, I asked my insurance company what car is stolen the least. They told me ours!
