Some doctors say 5" is average, I find that difficult to accept. Others say it's 5.5", others 6" or 6.5". Who's right??? As for circumference, many say 4.85",and others say 5" or a bit more. If it's 5" in length, and 4.75" in girth, then I'm about average, but I don't really accept that, and I don't think you, or most other people do either. I know it's very discouraging for me to see guys that when flaccid, are as big or bigger than I am erect. I'm also take a hit in my confidence when I see guys in their early teens who are bigger than I am. It's just sickening.
I find it very difficult to accept my not feeling like I'm a real man. I think a real man should be able to sexually satisfy a woman. If he prefers men, I understand that, but I mean the physical ability to do so. From what I've read, and heard, women don't like small cocks either.
Yes, I know doctors say a penis isn't small unless it's shorter than about 3" or so, and 4 or more is plenty for anybody. I think they do this because they have no alternative, and just want guys to feel better about themselves. I would bet a lot of money that should a medical procedure become available to safely, and reliably enlarge penises, then doctors will say size matters. Hair loss is a good example of how doctors change their tune when they see an economic opportunity.
That's why I don't fool with psychiatrists, all they want to do is give meds, and tell you to "get over it". There is no medicine that can cure a shitty life. I do think a lot of this is just a financial wracket fostered by the big drug companies. These days doctors blame everything on "depression", and I think that is bullshit. They don't acknowledge small penises, because there's nothing they can do, and don't want to admit to that, because they'll lose money if patients don't come back.
I once found a comparator online that used the data from the Kinsey Institute. It showed how your penis size compares to the average. It said I was smaller than 90% of all men. According to that I'm in the bottom 10% compared to average. Not a very encouraging result. I know some have questioned the Kinsey data as being unreliable due to the "self reporting bias". Is it really unreliable, or are the others wrong, that remains the million dollar question.
