The second if it's going to be a "look and leave" and I know I want to return to the page I'm on now. Otherwise the first.

    Do you

    - click on the link that opens the page?

    - right click and open the page in another window?

My contribution to "who gives a crap who does what?" but I have wondered how others view pages
I right click because whenever I'm going to one article (or thread, or whatever else) from one main page, I always wanna look at what else was there. So I always open in a new tab.

Door #1. My browser just opens a new tab automatically, which is nice.

    Re: Turn the page

I do both depending upon the page I'm on, so I didn't vote. If the links on the page (such as JUB) open a new window, I click the link. If I know the page will open in the same browser window, I right-click to open a new tab (never a new window unless I click the wrong option).

Your poll needs a few more options.

I'm with tomba, use the scroll wheel or left click.

It all depends on the circumstances.

    Re: Turn the page

If I'm viewing a list of links, for example, I usually right-click and open the page in a new tab.

CTRL - Left click (open in a new tab). Almost always. The rest is no. 1.

I usually open a new tab. Too many tabs in one window annoys me.

    Re: Turn the page

I always open a new window. I hate it when a link won't let you go back to the previous window you just came from.

    Re: Turn the page

I didn't vote, because on some sites I open the new window (such as ebay), and other sites I often only go to the link and click it (here).
