    Is there any way I can "gift" JUB VIP (Supporter) status to a deserving JUBber?

    As far as I know, there is currently no "official" way. But the office guys still do it, so please start a ticket at www.jubsupport.com

    The surest way to get it done is to contact Bryce. That's how I've done it in the past and it keeps things from getting lost. You may also remain anonymous if you wish.

    No, they are not. The login there is for the people who work with the tickets You can start a ticket without the need for a login.
