It may be amateur porn, but it's still porn. That means it was filmed with the intention of showing people with an intent to tittilate. Yes, it's possible that these two guys hooked up (either one time or as part of an ongoing thing) and said "let's film us having sex - we'll keep our heads out of frame". But chances are that whoever they are, they knew going in that the specific appeal of this clip would be "older fat guy gets to have sex with young hot guy". Just given that aspect, it wouldn't surprise me to find out that money changed hands.
But as to whether older fatter guys can ever get with younger hotter guys, the answer is definitely yes. I never have, but the offer has been made several times.

I have seen other videos disappear after being seen here, but it is fairly common for them to be removed for copyright violation, and amateur ones for all sorts of reasons.
I'm fairly certain I've seen a JUBBER on one of them before.
