Do you prefer zippered pants or those with buttons?

Yesterday I once again had a narrow miss between my junk and the zipper and have considered going back to a button fly. The only drawback is in winter it's a little chillier as some air can get through. At -20c it can cause some shrinkage.

You can use the buttons as a cock ring. you cant do that easily (safely) with a zipper. Unbutton one or two buttons and pull your cock out for easy access

And, eventually, the buttons fall off. Generally I have to throw the pants away at that point.

I don't even consider buying anything with a button fly anymore.

And sometimes, too, as refuji mentions - if quick access is needed, it can be difficult to do buttons if the hands are cold, too. Sometimes I have to do tasks in unheated places.

Either. I do have jeans with both. Buttons can fall off.. and sometimes cold air can come in. But buttons stay in place more than a zipper which can either get stuck or fall down. Both have their pluses and drawbacks. So I just have pants with both lol.
