Here's the kicker, I logged onto Facebook, went to his profile, and discovered that he posted about having parties the past 3 days and one night posted "everyone is hooking up, but not me. I guess it is the couch for me. I am glad I can hook my friends up at my party".

Should I use this situation to see how bad he wants to not get into trouble? I would love to suck this straight boy's cock. How should I approach this situation?? Thoughts??

JUst tell him that is the last time he will ever do any work for you, and to stay off your property. A simple statement of I check or lets go over and check w/people next door and if/they they did /did not have a party. And see the look on his face.

It would be sleazy to try to take advantage of the kid sexually. Since you had enough of a personal relationship with him and his family to allow him to stay at your house, you ought to show some concern for his development into a good human being. First of all, you are an adult, he is just barely one.
You trusted him, and it seems pretty obvious that he violated that trust (as evidenced by what he posted on his social media).
He's the son of one of your sister's friends, so there's a chance of hurting several relationships here.

If it were me in your shoes, I would not resort to sexual blackmail, no matter how horny you are to get into his pants.

First of all, I would not give him another opportunity to stay at your place. It was incredibly generous of you to do that, but you put your entire domain at risk.
Next, you need to assess if you want him to remain as your lawn guy. What kind of job does he do? Is his rate fair? Does he clean the yard up properly when he is done? Will firing him cause a rift between your sister and you? If the only reason you keep him is for the eye candy he provides, then maybe you might want to look elsewhere for a new lawn guy.
Then I would think about your own trust of him. Can you forgive him and continue to employ him? Will this incident remain a sore point? Only you can judge what your own feelings are.
