And @ Rolyo's poster-- yup. Since Jack first started bringing up Benghazi topics months ago I have repeatedly pointed out that Republicans slashes embassy security budgets and refused to apportion more money to it despite Democratic attempts to do so.

If anyone were really serious about blame that would be a very prominent theme of the discussion, but of course, it isn't. Setting up something about government to fail through underbudgeting or mismanaging and then blaming the government for it has been a Republican tactic for discrediting the whole institution of government, particularly under opposition leadership. But even in Bush's time when they controlled all three branches he put a horse rancher in charge of FEMA, and then queue up years of people squealing about how incompetent FEMA is after Hurricane Katrina. Was anyone surprised?

I listened to Limbaugh detail this today and he claims in one sentence that the video no one had seen and then went on to say that it caused the protest every where but Benghazi. He also said Romney got skewered for saying he didnt like apologies, when in fact Romney was skewered for making a statement before the bodies of the dead had cooled to room temperature and without facts as if HE were certain.

I just find the timing interesting. Tell me something Chance, if you were in a position to launch attack aircraft and stop the 9/11 planes but someone ordered you to stand down, would you remain quiet for eight months? That is extreme so how about if you could have stopped the Marathon bomber but were told to stand down. Would you remain quiet? For eight months while our nation debated the subject for a few months?
