People that find Drag Queens feminine never met one or they never seen one of their show.
A Drag Queen is a caricature of a woman, their act is meant to make people laugh, they are asexual, they are like real life cartoon characters, they are not there to seduce you.
They are deliberately clumsy, and they are so vulgar and over the top that I am amazed anyone could remotely think of them as feminine.
Being a Drag Queen is mainly a job, you don't see many Rupaul lookalikes going to the supermarket to buy some broccoli do you?
That's because generally Drag Queens leave their alter ego on the stage, during their daily life they are normal people.
Few of them are straight, most of them are gay, some feminine some pretty masculine.
Bottom line is that Drag Queens are fictional characters, they are not supposed to turn people on.
Hence the OP question/observation is pretty much redundant.
