Question about WordPad
Would anyone happen to know if the formatting is basically the same for WordPad as it is for Microsoft Word?
I'm writing a paper using Google Docs, but I have to print it out tomorrow morning using Microsoft Word. It has to be a very (VERY!) specific length, so I have to find a way to check how long it is on Microsoft Word.
Unfortunately, I don't HAVE Microsoft Word (since they started charging so damn much for Office), so the only way I can check the length of it is to check the length of it in WordPad.
tl;dr version/Question: Would a document in WordPad with the same formatting be the exact same length in Microsoft Word?

Re: Question about WordPad
I don't know about WordPad.
Download LibreOffice (it's free) and use that to check the length.
LibreOffice is compatible with Microsoft Word (including .doc files) and will format the document identically.

Give a man a fish, he'll eat for a day.
Give a man religion, and he'll starve praying for a fish.

Thanks a lot, T-Rexx. That was exactly what I needed.
