"New Mexico police believe they have unearthed a plot to kill and castrate Justin Bieber.
An affidavit for an arrest from New Mexico State Police described the grisly plan that was to be carried out in late November in New York City. Bieber played Madison Square Gardens on Nov. 28 and 29".
