Great! Had cataract surgery on right eye. Left eye last week. Totally covered by insurance. Surgeon super hot. Piece of cake.
Pretty boring, so far. I just got done downloading some music for a Christmas orchestra performance that's happening tomorrow, and later on I'm going up to the performing arts centre to ensure my device will work with their sound board and run a few sound checks.
You've got me in suspense, though.
Oh...and by Boys...I'm including Stacy et al of course.....
@rareboy: is a JUB light going out?
Had to attend hospital this morning to have the pressure of my eyeballs tested as it was slightly higher than my optician was happy with. Must admit I hate the thought of having my eyes messed around with (can't even begin to imagine slapping a contact lens in), but he used drops of local anesthetic in each eye. That was a weird feeling - or non-feeling - when I tried to blink my eyes! Everything was okay though.
Posted my JUB Christmas cards today and spent £35 (approx $56) on postage!
And I can also report that I haven't permanently banned anyone today!
10 chars. The only good thing was getting my comics.
Eternal youth and endless life. I'll sacrifice everything and everyone to obtain it
Better. I've been grappling with some SAD symptoms off and on the last ten days or so, but the last three days have been great. I did most of my brother's Christmas shopping (we only buy for one person each year). Oh, and a cool thing happened, which I'll post in conversation style. It started as a post on Facebook.
FB Friend: Work school work death.
Me: Isn't it "BIRTH School Work Death"?
FBF: Yeah, but I left the "birth" part behind years ago.
Me: I thought you left the "school" part behind years ago, too.
FBF: Yeah, but I'm going to be taking some classes soon.
I switched to private messages at this point.
Me: Good on you. What are you taking?
FBF: Well, I want to finally get my GED. But I probably have to take some sort of math classes first.
Me: You know I'm a GED math tutor, right?
FBF: Are you fucking kidding?!
Me: No. Would you like me to tutor you?
FBF: Fuck, yeah, I would! I had no idea!
Me: I'd love to. I'll have to charge you, but I'll keep it cheap since we're friends 'n' all. As long as we can meet someplace close to me. (He works near me, but lives about 45 minutes away.)
FBF: KICK ASS!
So that happened. And that's cool.
I made a chicken lasagne and petted Samwise a number of times. Oh, and I took the compost out toe the compost bin.
Party central at my place.
Adequate. Busy at work but with productive payoff.
How was your day? Let the titilations commence.
Americans need to keep their guns so they can protect themselves from gun violence just like Nancy Lanza did. And like Chris Kyle did. And like Gabby Giffords did. And like Tom Clements did. And like Michael Piemonte. And Joseph Wilcox.
Wonderful. A bit of Christmas shopping this morning. Home for lunch. I made a batch of Rosemary Roasted nuts to give to friends for a prize. Did a very little work on my "career". Oh, I got an unexpected commission check today so I'm flush with cashola. All is well!!
I just lit my wood over for a fresh homemade pizza for dinner, I just poured two fingers of the Goose and all is ever better!!
FPNYAnnoying JUBBERS since 2003
I made my boyfriend cum twice in one blow job. I would say it has been a good day.
Sucks. It's final's week and I've written over 70 pages of final papers today alone... grrrrrrr.
Well I went to work in civilian clothes instead of a uniform 'cause I felt like it... and I did menial labor instead of leadership because once again... I felt like it.
I got a whole chicken to roast 'cause... you guess it I felt like it....
When i got home, my dog greeted me like we had been apart for a decade or more... that made me smile...
So all in all a great day to be a me... now MediumRareBoy how was your day sweets?
Li'l Bit spent the day grading, but now his grades are all submitted. Yay!
Recently I heard a 'wise guy' story that I had a party at my home for twenty-five men. It's an interesting story, but I don't know twenty-five men I'd want to invite to a party. ~Joan Crawford
Busy busy busy, and now have someone coming over... that i'm not too sure I want over long. Then I have an offer to go to the bar, but not only do I not want to walk there or back, I have to work in the morning. Eh. I'll make the most of it all.
"Miscalculation of our strength their bane,
Take us lightly and we'll make you pay..."
Just woke up. Gonna accompany a friend to the dentist. Wondering my I have not been going to the gym the past month. Crying now.
we sold a problem rental home, and we went house shopping for a replacement home, and ened up buying 2 homes to put for rent instead, cuz prices were great and able to work out great deal...
so productive day..
You cant change the way the wind blow's, but you can change the angle of your sail to take you somewhere else!!
10:00 Got up. Temper so aweful I make that girl from The Exorcist look like little Martina von Trapp. Boyfried walks away more or less crying.
12:00 Ex's house. Made instant coffee with pan and started my paper round.
15:00 Wednesday's Paper round done, in ex's bed with stuffed seahorse. Got phonecall from boyfriend that he needed me at the studio to deliver money to our landlord. I walked back.
16:45 No money arrived. Boyfriend made lunch. I went back to ex's house to finish Tuesday's advertising folder round.
21:00 Finished Tuesday's paper found that was interrupted the day before because ex wanted to fuck me. Instead he sprayed my anus and one armpit with Axe deodorant spray. It burns.
21:15 Found a VHS copy of Braveheart in the trash.
21:45 Ate dinner with boyfriend; a wonderful vegetable stew.
22:30 Polished leather boots.
23:00 Put on leather gear.
23:35 Headed over to weekly Vrankrijk LGBT alternative squatter's party. Decided not to go in as the person I usually go there with cancelled.
00:25 Met boyfriend at Argos bar. Had sex downstairs with a guy who liked to have his balls crushed and uses poppers.
01:00 Got out to catch my breath because I'm seeing black because of the poppers I took.
01:20 Talked to person behind the bar.
02:30 Headed over to the Eagle for sloppy seconds.
02:45 Fucked a guy who almost bit my dick off together with another guy.
02:50 Back to the Argos to see if boyfriend left on time.
02:55 Walked home.
03:45 (?) approached by a homo who pretended he didn't know where the Dam Square was.
04:00 Took off leather gear.
04:20 Took a shower.
04:42 Wrote this reply.

had an unproductive day. i did nothing as always.
one thing i can say is that i'm too tired to get mad and i have no energy to argue. if i stayed like this 100% of the time, life would be much more easier.
i also think that i'm coming down with something as i have a sore throat. might play some san andreas and head right to bed after i write in my journal. i am at peace right now.
one thing about the closet/you don't have to hurry/it will be bad tomorrow/so brother, don't you worry
Unnerved when I went to the bank to pay off a $1,319.93 credit card bill, in full. First time in ages that my bank account went below 5-figures. That explains why I'm drowning my sorrow in a Starbucks "shot glass" with vodka.
I got my hair done, been getting it dyed for several years and the last two times I've added a little purple into the mix. Then I finished my holiday shopping.
So essentially I had a girly kind of day. Which does not happen that often, so, I'll allow it.
Had Five Guys for dinner. The burger joint, folks. And came home to watch Ink Masters while beating my BFF at Yahtzee.
Now I am JUBbing and catching up on late night TV from last night...
I'll stop boring you now...
I worked all day, so it was about what you'd expect.
I did two loads of laundry; That's about the most productive thing I've done all day

Atrocious. At my parent's house and my brother's tool of a friend stepped on my dog, so now her hip is broken...and my family gleefully offered to 'fix it' by giving me the money...to put her down. What a cool family!
Oh and I have a molecular biophysics exam worth 70% of my final mark tomorrow and the basic concepts totally elude me.
I've been at work all day after getting less than three hours of sleep last night. A friend texted me asking if I wanted to hang out, I told him I was working but would love to later. I texted him when I finished my shift and he responded with "sorry, found something better to do".
Not in the mood for pettiness, but hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
Now it's your turn, rareboy.
Went to the beach, sunbathing, checking out hot shirtless guy, read a book then playing around with the waves. Got home and met my new flat mates, 2 Italians and 1 Chilean girl. They are pretty cool, guess more people in the house will get stoned. Then went to the library, watch an episode of Survivor and applied for a few jobs. I'm thinking of start running in an hour or so. Need to get fit and oh, I'm supposed to get call in for work today but they didn't call me, bastards, ignorant fool. Oh well, I hope the guy I'm seeing is picking me up and spend time cuddling with me tonight and possibly a good fucking session to compensate what happened last time. Or I will go round Taz's house and check on him, fix him a dinner and asking how his day is.
It was good, I got a lot accomplished today.
In his autumn, before the winter, comes man's last mad surge of youth
Good day...very productive and profitable.
a very good day.
decided to stop by JUB and see who is still around.
This morning I attended a training session with my fellow lifeguards. Think of 20 odd young guys with fantastic bodies just wearing swimshorts and togs. I almost melted ^-^
Then after my training I coached some newbies to be lifeguards. They were both girls. One had a twitchy eye. They were both really nice and eager to learn.
Now I am home watching my stories and talking to my friends and eating the leftover pasta that Vince cooked the other night.
Later I will get a skype call from Colombia.
Pretty damn good day
You show courage the brave dream of
Gallop on my old warhorse
I'm eating peanuts while reading this thread at the moment.
NEVER LISTEN TO A ONE SIDED STORY AND JUDGE.
· I worked most of the day. The next two weeks are going to be quite stressful in the office, but today was better than yesterday.
· Called my ex to make plans for a visit at the end of the month.
· Called my best friend to make plans to visit after I visit the ex.
· Stressed over my ridiculously high student loan bill (I just received my first and it's a quarter of my income). Now I'm trying to figure out how to get some steady freelance work.
Awesome for the most part. Woke up in another man's bed for the third consecutive night (impressive streak). Watched the Nets end their losing streak in Toronto. Made good money (the unfortunate here is that it's my seventh consecutive day of work).
Worked my arse off, checking the kids for malaria and then implementing a new assay to determine how much of the new drug partitions into the plasma and how much is in the red cells. It fucked out and needs repeating tomorrow, so tomorrow will begin with me getting jabbed in order to get fresh blood for the work. Spent shedloads of time analysing data for the new series of potential new antimalarials, the bulk of which have been modified to high heaven and as such have lost their ability to kill the parasite. Happy days. Then wrote up 4 reports and sent the data off to the chemists who cook the drugs up for us.
Then went home, to gym, some shopping for our year-end function tonight, and back home to watch the football.

My lay wasn't bad. Cute...but could have been better though.
I cracked out a song I wrote and last performed about twenty years ago to see if I could still remember how to play it. After a bit of work, I could. I'm thinking of performing it as a solo at the choir's concert next month but first, I have to audition it for our choir director next rehearsal and see if she approves it's inclusion in the programme.
She always leaves room for solo and small group pieces provided they meet the concert them. This concert is all about Canadian composers, arrangers, performers and as I'm Canadian, I meet the theme criteria.
So we had to have the plumbing and heating guys back to the office to finish some work yesterday.
The plumbers helper is an absolutely gorgeous 20 year old who is always friendly. He has commented on the design of the office and how much he likes to work at our house because we always have classical music playing there for our cats. And he likes our one cat a lot and always goes out of his way to give her a skritch or two. So I always figured that he was being nice to us because we're as old as his father and he has been taught to be polite...
And yes...he has an incredibly shaped ass...and jeans riding his hips. So his underwear is always showing about 2 inches of band when he's reaching or bending over.
But yesterday, he was wearing chinos. And when he was bending over...there was no underwear line. And there was no band showing.....and when he was squatting...
Yes. You all guessed it....a downy dimpled plumber's butt.
But what eye candy.
I wanted to pick his ass up and put it on a shelf.
And he merrily went along nonchalantly humming and chatting away while finishing up his work.
So today, I plan on taking a wrench and reefing the shit out of the taps in the bathroom so that he has to come back.
And then after that, maybe sabotaging the wiring on the heating system controls.
Get up very late as usual these days.
Not gone to ex boss for my check.
Passing 2 hours scolding myself for that.
Eaten bad panini with a croissant and a zero coke.
Few hours on the net for my daily news review.
DL Top Chef, Arrow and Chicago Fire to watch tonight.
Scolding myself more for all the things which need to be done and that I won't do.
Dreading Christmas Eve with parents and brother.
Listening to Mylène Farmer on Spotify (French female singer).
Thinking it may be simpler if I was gone, but that would be incredibly selfish.

Finished the last of my finals!!
Worked all day, literally. I am in the middle of an eight day stretch at work. I am also dogsitting for someone, on the other side of town. So, left the house at 6:30am even though I did not have to be at work till 8am. Worked until 5pm, then went back to do dog duty after work, got home at 7, after going to the store first. Been doing that all week, though it's winding down soon. Making extra money doing that though, plus tomorrow is payday!!
I STILL have not put together my JUB Christmas cards, and I want to go to bed early tonite. Maybe your guys cards will arrive to you by New Years... lol...
