Well, a dick is a dick to me. I'm sure I've told you before, but I'm small, too. Guys have said they'd enjoyed because I wasn't huge. Of course you'll have the size queens that say size matters. Well if you want to seek surgical solutions you can, but I think that once people get into bodymodding for any sort of dysmorphic issue the problem is "it's never enough." Look at people with plastic surgery, look at people with tattoos or piercings, look at women chronically on diets.

I don't think there's a permanent happy spot you can reach through surgery where you'll feel like okay now I fit within a perfect happy average of size/width/expectation of my race, but if you want to spend all the time and money, good luck.

I'm not a guy with a "dysmorphic issue." I am a man who knows that his penis is thinner than the vast majority of society and whose penis far underreaches what is expected of men of his race. Adding a decent amount to my girth would be enough.

Do whatever it takes to get over it. I recommend some type of counseling. I strongly advise against having any surgery. However, consulting with a surgeon could be a good thing, as they'll probably tell you that you are more normal than you think.

First of all, my sex life is my day to day life.

It effects me in any situation in which I meet men or women because I know it'll be a disappointment in the event that sex happens. It effects me when a female friend opens up to me about how much she loves her boyfriend's penis, because I know that's something I'd never be able to give to someone else. It effects me when I'm at work overhearing conversations about how these girls can judge a guys' penis size by the amount of confidence he has ("Coincidence": my penis size has effected my confidence even in situations completely non-sexual). It creates awkwardness in general when the topic of sex comes up, when I hook up with someone new. It also makes masturbation difficult when the constant reminder of how small I am is right there in my hands. There isn't a day I don't think about this.

For the record, I don't like bottoming. But even if I did, my opinion of myself matters. More than others. Even if I weren't having sex, this would still be something that I'd be concerned with. I've had the same attitude forever despite trying to think "positively." But positive simply doesn't change fact. Nor can one switch their views on will like a light switch. If it did, I wouldn't be upset about this at the moment. But even on a subconcious level, sex (and even masturbation) is becoming difficult.

OCD medication would ruin me. If anything, I need to be more OCD in life, but that's word for another thread.
