    Calculate you BMI/BMR and than decide. Remember, the fastest way to loose fat is to exercise, otherwise all you lose is water and protein mass

    For many people, the inclusion of small amounts of carbohydrates triggers an insulation production which gives gives rise to a craving for more. That is why this type of diet is very hard for many people. I hope it works for you.
