    From 2006 to present.
My partner made it all possible.

Something I never saw coming nor expected.
I was quite content living my life as I saw fit prior to 2006.

from 1992-1996. that was when everything was going great. after 1997 things started to decline and when 2000 hit, that was it. the last decade was horrible. maybe because i wasn't in the right state of mind but i'm working on that though. funny how things were going good as a kid despite everything not being so great BUT when i started to grow up and things started to change, things got dark.

Is that because of the "wedding" you'll attend? What bad thing could come from that?

TBH..my childhood triumph my life time frame overall..same as you.
You were dead on refujie- challenge was came around late 90's, for me was 1998- that when my second lil sis born (maybe she was a bad omen) after that my life is nothing but trials and errors..until now.

It's up to me to balance things out ^^
exactly, man. the trial and error period started at that point. it went from happy trails to reality time and reality time really SUCKED.

but with that said, although things went down during the 90s for us both, it's also just us. things could have been smooth sailing or whatever but i guess a part of life is learning how to find happiness and how to deal with the negatives no matter how annoying and a pain in the ass they can be.

with that said, despite not being happy about the last decade and etc, i wouldn't change a thing. fuck back then, it's about now and later. as you mentioned, we now have some control to help balance it out instead of having to do what other people saw fit.

Re: When you experience the best time frame of your life?

I don't want to think that I ever had a perfect time frame on my life, I was very happy in the past, had some rough times also, but I can't imagine myself being happy the same way, we just keep on growing and you can never be the same again, for me, the next day is always better and my happiness 3 years ago was almost silly and innocent, because now I know much more, and is easier for me to find happiness in what I love. So, I would also say tomorrow, and after tomorrow and so on... No matter what, if at some point I though I could never keep being happier, I'm not sure I would keep going on, it's very important to let the past rest and keep searching for what makes you feel alive, what makes your life worth living for.

My boyfriend hated that aspect about me as well... no matter how shitty the situation I refuse to get all worked up because all it does it make you think less and cry more... neither of which results in the best outcome. Extra emotion doesn't help anything so just dont worry..... BE HAPPY!!

From my last year at school in 1983 to 1993. It was a whirlwind of 'coming out' and living and working in London. The years after that up to 2007 were also great, but the last 5 years have left too many bad memories. Can't wait for the new Mayan cycle to begin - it's got to be better than the end of this last one!

Me neither. The last few years have been filled with terrible grief and sorrow for me and my family, of which I doubt I'll ever full recover. I'm praying that the new cycle brings forth a millenium of peace and happiness for everyone. I sincerely do.

But I had a weird experience a few years ago that was so chilling, I'll never forget it. My family and I were just finishing up a day at the CNE, a big fair here. As promised, we stopped at the kiddie midway so my kids can go on some rides. As I lined up to purchase tickets, a lady walked up to me and gave me two all-you-can-ride-passes for the girls. So their mom and I just sat back and watched the sun set as my little girls ran amok on all the rides with no line-ups. It was great fun to watch them ride the little catepillar roller coaster and raise their arms, shreiking with glee, like it was the end all to be all. Then they'd break for a hot dog and head back to the rides for more fun. As I sat there tired but happy, all outside noises suddenly dimmed and everything took on a golden hue against the night sky, then everything froze. Out of nowhere there was a voice in my right ear, loud and clear, and it said to me, "Enjoy!Tthis is what life is all about, and this is as good as it's ever gonna be." This was my moment frozen in time, and I just observed every minute detail. Slowly, the sounds returned and everything came back to life, but I just sat there, amazed at what just happened. Shortly after that everything started to go down hill.

But at least I have that day, that moment, when everything was right. And I hope that I can have that again one day.
    Inspired - but too tired.

That's a great memory Mikey. You know, as 'wanky' as it sounds, I'm a great believer in that we can only truly appreciate the good times in life if we've experienced the bad. And although life may not be a bed of roses at the moment, when I think back to when it was truly a pit of despair, today's crap is still one step further away from the pit and closer to the bed!
