If there was ever a time for a quick change into propper attire, it is when you are meeting the Prime Minister of Your country to receive a medal from your Queen. What a dumbass!!! According to that video, above, that allegedly quotes Bieber's tweets about meeting Harper, he had no time to change into more acceptable clothing.

It was a nothing event, anyway. Harper probably was just as rushed. But Bieber should have doffed his cap at least, and tugged a forelock, bought a membership in the Tory party (as a good Christian) and announce a run for Parliament.

He's never had to or had the chance to grow up. He was pushed into fame at 11 or 12. He has spent his whole life doing what people have told him to do. Somebody dropped the ball on this one. If a manager,etc. had brought him the appropriate attire and said, " Put this on", he would have. I don't think he is a bad kid but I feel sorry for him. I'd give his "career" another 5 years tops. And, to the point that individuals should dress differently for this PM or that, what outrageous etiquette. That's partially correct. I would say when the attention someone gets in relation to their actual talent level is so ridiculously out of proportion that it's almost beyond parody.

Justin Bieber's music was the most viewed media on the PLANET until Gangnam Style topped it. And can you even find anyone who says "oh yeah his music rocks?" I have never met an 'actual' person who will say he's any good.
