How to convert Win Live Movie maker wlmp ext or a MPG which is too large.

What I want to do is, I found a new Christmas song that I want to share with CE&P, they have a music thread.
I have a 3m wmv, 3m mp3, 64m MPG, 2m wma and another 2m wma and the windows live movie maker is 12k but a wlmp ext.
The 64 MPG is my video camera. The video is quite good. I took the cam put it on a stack of cds and enlarged the album cover and took the vid. The 64MPG is too big for the site. The Windows Live Movie Maker is good too but I assume you have to have a movie maker to see it.
Now I need to know how to convert any of these. The wma are conversions, but don't work at CE&P.
I would like to convert the MPG or if there is a way for the movie maker would be better. It is better than my cam one. If I have to install another video converter, that is ok too.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Y'all can disregard this thread. I've come to the conclusion that I cannot post a movie in the CE&P thread because you can only post pix. To show a movie you have to post a link to the video. So now I have 8 videos of this Christmas song.
