There are so many medical variables in play here guys. Mainly the location of the prostate and its size and thickness of the muscles around 'the spot'. There is no one size fits all (i know, awful pun)

There I'm not too sure, as it almost happened, kinda, I don't know, but I was fingering once (mixed with normal masturbation), and my fingering was able to make me ejaculate, but there was no orgasmic feeling. From that I can guess that anal stimulation can work for me if I try hard enough.

But then again I'm not really anal-savvy.
