If time and money was not an issue where would you go on your ideal holiday?
What would you do?
Why do you want to go there?
I've always dreamt of going to Yellowstone and the Grand Canyon and doing some sightseeing in the US.

Asia, Australia, and Antarctica. My visited continent list will then be complete.
Rural Japan is about the only place on my bucket list. This isn't to say I don't want to visit other places, or would mind going other places, but that's the one I really want to see.

Been all over the U.S., bored of it now. Got my passport last year and went to Canada and almost got thrown out. (I answered the questions badly.) But it's burning a hole in my pocket to go more places overseas.

You'll miss flush toilets. And elevators.
I'd like to drive down to Arizona and Nevada again. A couple of years ago on a state highway in the desert, I pulled over onto the shoulder at about 1 a.m., shut off the headlights and the engine, got out and looked up.
Dead silence and black as pitch but for the stars overhead. Then I thought about snakes and insects a foot long with fangs, stingers and poison, and scurried back to the car.
I've done it on lonely highways here at home a couple of times when it was –35C or so and dead still (I doubt that'll ever happen again because of climate change), once when the northern lights were particularly spectacular and once when the junk I was driving needed oil, lol (but that was scarier than any imagined snakes), though it was quite bright thanks to the snow and a nearly full moon. No snakes or bugs, though.
Desert wastes are neat — hot or frozen — if there's air conditioning and/or heat within arm's length.

With the NHL lockout, my domestic travel dreams are on hold. I'm trying to see a game in every NHL arena, and am doing it the slow way of one or two a year.
Last year was Pittsburgh; the year before was Washington (early in the season) and Minnesota (late).
Here are my remaining cities, in order of my if-money-were-no-object preference:
Vancouver
Winnipeg
Phoenix
Denver
Nashville
St. Louis
San Jose
Ft. Lauderdale
Tampa
Toronto
Raleigh
Newark
Outside the US and Canada, I want to see everything!
The third moon of Uranus 44 degree latitude 116.6 longitude at maximum perihelion.
Would you like some semen with that?
It would be shorter to list where I wouldn't like to go![]()
^Another kicking English grammar post
Japan, Brazil, and Argentina. Of course I would stay in the tourist sights for Brazil and Argentina only. As for Japan. I pray I don't come across and Yakuza for I want to see just about everything Japan has to offer. So much cool anime toys Japan keeps from America.
Eternal youth and endless life. I'll sacrifice everything and everyone to obtain it
The Caribbean. I will rent a boat to sail from island to island! I wanna enjoy the sun, the sea, the sand, the breeze, the people and most importantly, the food!![]()

Seriously though so as not to be called a troll whilst attempting subtle but crude humor.... I will tell you my fantasy..
First i have been in many many places and want to see them all if possible but my longest held fantasy is Yellow Stone for a month or so right about now.... just as the first snowfalls are covering the ground... I wanna camp and live outdoors bathing in hot springs and fucking au natural in the most beautiful landscape on the planet.....

Well, Sir Ron has made it no secret that the UK tops his list... If I go, I may never return to the states.
The other place at the top of my list is Australia...beautiful guys and beautiful locales![]()
The Three Musketeers... Bashful, Chrisglass, and Ronboy!
Austria, Hungary and the Czech Republic*... which would include a cruise on the Danube.
I've been to London twice, but I would LOVE to move there permanently. I want to visit, Austria, and France--specifically to see Versailles.
Japan and Iceland, followed by Germany, Mexico and certain parts of American north and south.
The UK; a good trip through Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales would be most enjoyable. I'm a history person, I don't always remember it but I like it, so it's a good place for me to visit and have a lot to see.
Outside of that, some swings through continental Europe (France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Greece) and perhaps a stop over in the ancestral homeland of Ukraine.
I'm sorry to have kept you waiting, but I'm afraid my walk has become rather sillier recently...
