    Considering you could see those kinds of images in encyclopedias or wikipedia, I don't see it as being inappropriate, but I don't know how the rules have been traditionally enforced in Hot Topics.

    I believe that's how a vasectomy is done. Everything is still produced, but just absorbed into the body. Very different then a castration (removal).
