ocd is not so much about just repeating something over and over again. it's about the thought which leads to the compulsion which makes you feel the need to do it. do you use the razor blade with the idea that something bad might happen if you don't use it such as someone around you dying? do you feel the need to scratch away a certain number of times until you feel that the anxiety goes away? if yes, then you have ocd. not an expert on it but i do know that ocd can make you act irrationally, do crazy things, and etc simply because you're worried about something that you have no control of such as death. i was never diagnosed but i know i have that shit for sure. some of my compulsions have gone away over time such as washing my hands repeatedly or skipping steps going up the stairs. however, i still have the magical thinking where i look at the clock, color of cars and the direction they turn on the street, certain letters in words, and etc.
