There are, or were, a few women on here, for realsies. I met at least two in person, and no, they weren't drag queens. There have been a few gay men who jokingly adopt the persona of women, but it's clear they are doing so in a humorous context. (And if you wish to ask again if they're doing it due to self-hatred and feelings of inadequacy, this would be the perfect place to do so. It's been long enough, I think.) But I can think of at least two "female" accounts which weren't clear. Ms Sizemeat was one. The other was the lesbian couple who mainly talked about hating straight guys.
