I think it's cruel to say things like that in front of someone..no matter how bad his reputation is..

I think it's crueler saying stuff behind a persons back. Better the rude and cruel and upfront
than to be a two faced back stabbing C***. If chicken guy actually said that he is a douche
and I am very disappointed. Maybe he has forgotten what a mess he was when he came here.

Fuji was a mess when he got here and he spewed, ranted and wore a hair shirt. JohannB and
a couple of others saw the nervous kid with potential and befriended him, He has grown and is
growing. Sticking that 'quote' remark in his siggy was cool on his part. His anger management
is going great.

Time was that would have been good for 10-15 horrid postings. Bottom line, he's trying and is
growing...something more of us should emulate. okay done ranting but, that is JMHO.

How has my name suddenly been brought up? I can't find who originally said it in this thread.

I remember that quote - it was from a thread about six months ago where we were asked to choose what 7 JUBbers we thought were best to put together for a reality show....

....and so I wrote deliberate EXAGERRATED and INFLAMED caricatures of 7 people (including refuji) as portrayed in rather blunt one-liner descriptions of them. I remember explaining this in the thread afterwards.

So someone has (as they say in politics and the media) 'taken my words out of context'.

And I HAVE warmed GREATLY to refuji in the last few months, that much should be obvious from my posts. He's changed a lot in the time since that previous thread, and he's grown a great deal. I've even developed a bit of an affection towards him, truth be told.

None of that stopped Lefty from taking a swipe at me, lol. Thought he'd know me better than that.

I was shocked at the allegation, early verification showed you making the remark.
Fuji has had a few people dump on him and I reacted from a raw fairness nerve...

You know what I mean. I also said I couldn't believe you would do that as being
intentionally vicious and what the post was really saying was the last lines. I did
not intend to piss in your pocket and asked the mods to delete.

A couple people wrote me saying how much the MSG needed to be said...not the part
about you, the part about we should all look to ourselves and talk to people face up,
not stab them in the back. By that time the posting was yesterday and the mods had
not done anything so just said forget it.

My bad for taking it a bit personal and for that I apologise...
