I joined a gym nearly 2 years ago, but have found I'm seriously lacking motivation. I have months where I'll go 4/5 times a week, and then other times where something comes up and it falls to pieces.
I'm a pretty slim guy, 6ft tall and weighing 62kg, and really wanna try and bulk up and wondered if there was anyone out there just like me who needed a little motivation to get going?
I was thinking, if anyone is like me and lacking some serious motivation, yet wants to bulk up, perhaps we could spur each other with maybe progress pics, sharing fitness work outs, goal setting, meal plans etc... surely it can't just be me! lol
Anyway, would love to hear from anyone who fancies trying something a bit new, to get the packing a bit of muscle on. Drop me a message, and lets get bulking up together! =)
