Florida (4% counted)
Obama - 55%
Romney - 45%
Aaaaaaaand we're off....
Indiana and Kentucky called for Romney
Vermont called for Obama
Virginia too close to call
Romney 19 Obama 3
Early days.
P.S....
I was hoping to get a live U.S. network channel streaming on my laptop....
....and I've succeeded with NBC News - I recognise those men, seen them before (Brian Williams/Tom Brokaw)
Florida (5% counted)
Obama - 50%
Romney - 50%
Romney leading by couple thousand votes
Surprisingly, Mourdock has been leading Donnely in Indiana all night.
Electoral College
Obama 3
Romney 19
I heard there were huge lines in Miami... I wonder if this is a good thing for Obama.
Florida (25% counted)
Obama - 52%
Romney - 48%
If Obama wins Florida and Ohio, it's all over and he wins the electoral vote.
If Romney wins either Florida or Ohio, then it will be a long night.
A surprise: With 2% of vote tallied, Romney is clobbering Obama in Virginia. Romney up by 16%!
^ Yeah. HuffPo is driving me crazy.
They keep reversing their calls.
8pm. Now the fun begins...
I so need to be going to bed. Obama 56 EC votes Romney 40 EC votes -current BBC info.

Please capitalize where needed. Did you help your Uncle Jack off a horse, or help your uncle jack off a horse?

AMY'S BOSS: Sorry, I will need to lay you and Jack off. AMY: Can you just jack off? I feel like shit today.
Well if "early voting returns" are any indication, the next Senator from the Great State of Texas is going to be a "Canadian Born" Hispanic from Cuban decent, to be elected as a Republican Senator from Texas.
A guy with NO legislative experience, and a darling of the Texas Tea Party.
He won't even attempt to fill the first Woman Texas Senator from Texas; Republican Kay Baily Hutchison's shoes.
Think Texas Senator John Cornyn, except MORE ignert.![]()

CNN is projecting Bill Nelson get re-elected to U.S. Senate in Florida.
Politico.com is projecting that as well.
this thread needs a pick me up
party in my pants![]()
Scared more then I've ever been...if Romney wins..LGBT rights will be set back by decades.
Warren and Brown are in a dead heat in MA. Refreshing Boston.com to check those results.
Linda lost in CT

Laura Ingraham just said on Fox something to the effect
"if the republicans lose the WH, they need to take a look at itself"
LOL
you think?
Florida (62% counted)
Obama - 51%
Romney - 49%
Politico.com says Chris Murphy has won the U.S. Senate seat in Connecticut.
Rachel Maddow on MSNBC confirms it. (I'm multitasking, here. : ) )
Murphy in connecticut, King in maine, Sanders in vermont, Now Warren is at 51 to Brownes 49 and virtually none of the Boston precints have reported. Warren seems to be the winner in Mass, unless every living soul in Marblehead and the berkshires go brown.
New England is one seat away from owning half of the filibuster.
What's interesting is North Carolina has been razor close.. literally less than a 1%. We'll see about Virginia. I don't think results for urban centers are in yet.
A note about Florida... evidently, Broward County and Miami county aren't completely in yet... and those are democrat heavy counties.
Likely in Maine that Angus King will caucus with the Democrats. Which would count as a pickup.
Lot of City of Dallas, and Dallas County residents voting for "big government" to fix their streets, and flood control.
I predict that Dallas County, Texas goes Obama.

The remarkable thing about that is that Linda McMahon has spent $100 million of her own money, trying (without success) to become the senator from Connecticut. She spent $50 million in the last senatorial election and $50 million this time.
As a guy who considers a loss of $5 pretty devastating, I cannot understand people who are willing to throw away $100 million.
(Okay, chance just beat me to it.)
ABC News projects Texas for Romney!
Well tickle my ass.![]()

Obama is the projected winner in Michigan...
Omg Texas went to Romney... biggest upset of the night...
Bellwether New Mexico carries for President Obama. (Wonder if the state is partisan-IDing with the Ds).
Ted Cruz now has a 16 point lead.
Never regret anything, because in that moment it's exactly what you wanted.![]()
does anyone put in states going for romney? is that allowed ?

The talking heads on Fox all look very sad
Still 5k vote lead for Warren. At least the GOP has to deal with another Kennedy in Congress. Tisei did win the North Shore district so that's interesting.
Seeing the BBC describe Florida is hilarious. They don't even mark Tampa one of the biggest cities in the state.
