Assassin's Creed III
Any gamers here currently going through this game?
I started a day or so ago, and I am finding it harder to get into than AC2. I am also finding the controls and instructions are quite glitchy and not at all clear.
Anyone else share the view?
For all sad words of tongue and pen, the saddest are these, 'It might have been.'

Re: Assassin's Creed III
hi,
i think it's a good game. but AC2 is still my fav. like you said, it's hard to get into the storyline. Some movements he makes are indeed glitchy but I try not to bother myself to them.

I had a friend already beat it so it can't be worth the $60.

Re: Assassin's Creed III
I sat down and beat AC2 in one day. And it took me all day to do it and I would have suggested that game.
The controls are definitely something to get used to. 1) because I haven't played an AC game in a long time 2) because they changed up the controls and the enemies that you're not fighting don't sit and wait around for you to kill them as much.
I am not having trouble getting into the story, but I am surprised to see ****SPOILERS?**** that they didn't immediately start you off with Connor.
END SPOILERS*****
The game is very beautiful to look at though and outside of some glitchiness the animations all look really cool as well. The people look a lot better.

Re: Assassin's Creed III
is it much better than AC1? because i found that incredibly boring and repetitive not far from the beginning of the game. Ive never played AC2 either, fearing the fact that it might have been as bad as the first, but the third looks decent, ive heard theres some good ocean movement on the ships.

Re: Assassin's Creed III
the first assassins creed was repetitive and boring, it was the same 'Eavesdrop, informant, chase" missions in ever single city. they dramatically changed that with Assassins creed 2/brotherhood/revelations.
