You may get to love her if you listen to more. I'm not certain where to start, but I could give you some suggestions. I know you like Madonna and Xtina. If you like Madonna's Confessions On A Dancefloor you'll probably enjoy Kylie's 2001 album Fever.

Actually The Abbey Roads Sessions will be released in America on November 6th, not the 16th. October 29th overseas.

This is an old article, but worth posting.

The rumors are true —Kylie Minogue's unreleased X era song "Flower" will finally see the light of day, at least as it was performed by the Aussie singer at London's Abbey Road Studios last year. Kylie hit up the famed establishment for a gig in late 2011 that saw her past songs getting an orchestral makeover. (She also spent several weeks recording there for a proper release of the new versions.) Sixteen of those tracks —including "Flower" and Minogue classics like "I Should Be So Lucky", "Can't Get You Out Of My Head", "Confide In Me" and "All The Lovers" —have been rounded up for LP The Abbey Road Sessions, which has an October 29 release overseas. UPDATE: The album now has a US release date of November 6.

As an added bonus, Kylie's official site notes that she's set to perform the bulk of the tracks on the upcoming album with the BBC Orchestra this Saturday, September 8, at London's Hyde Park.

Figured I'd repost this here. My embarrassing evolution of becoming a Kylie fan.

Being that I'm American I didn't know who Kylie Minogue was until I was 12. Her music video for Love At First Sight used to make the rounds on MTV (when MTV used to play music videos), and I just thought it was the coolest thing ever. There is a level of humor in it to me, imo she seems drunk (on love perhaps?) I used to get all excited when it came on and imitate the dance moves. Back in 2002 rap/hiphop was all the rage, so it was different and refreshing for me.

After that I forgot about her until I was 16, I felt nostalgic one day and YouTubed the song. And then discovered this long amazing career and loads of great songs. I couldn't believe how such a great performer could be completely unknown in America. She has also set many trends, I began to notice.

I saw her in concert when I was 19, it was incredible. I was like 10 feet away from her, she looked at me too. She's small and gorgeous, her voice was great and her outfits were so sparkly.

If anyone is a fan of pop music, you must get into Kylie, she's a cut above the rest.

That's the only Kylie album I don't have, still looking for it every chance I get. I am familiar with the songs , very different from the rest of her work.

I don't know all of Kylie's music, but I do love her. I think that as it stands today my favorite Kylie song is All the Lovers. Just love that song! And the video is great too. Red Blooded Woman is a good one too.

I would like to hear more Kylie tracks as I only really know the singles. I want to hear albums from cover to cover.
