Finally got caught up.

Johan, we're spreading out "was supposed to be for New Year's Eve" food out a bit, since we didnt' do much on New Years.

Salad shrimp that got taken out instead of the Cocktail Shrimp: 21YO made Shrimp Scampi, AND we had Shrimp Cocktail of a sort.
Last night was Steelhead trout and Wegman's fresh gnocchi,
Tonight was homemade bacon wrapped sea scallops - my 21YO is learning as I pass the baton or spatula/fork, as the case may be.
Had some Omaha Steaks Strip Steak, too.

Tomorrow: the Lobster Tails, and maybe crab/cheese broiled onto pumpernickel and a multigrain w/ lots of funky stuff loaf.
