LOL... I would rather be gassy and healthy than not so windy and sick....

I havent been sick in a few years to be quite honest... i have quit smoking and keep up on my shots and eat tons of fresh garlic and peppers... maybe half of it is in my head but I am positive that hot peppers and garlic make you healthy.....
