Taken 2 (Good, but you can wait for the DVD)

I saw Taken 2 yesterday and the lines were long and the theatre was PACKED...I like sitting in the upper-level right in the middle but the whole area was TAKEN.....The best way I can sum it up this time around is Liam's got to save his Ex-wife. I thought since Taken 1 made close to $200-million here in the States and an ass-load of cash over-seas the studio would've given the Producers more money to film it...But they didn't. Taken 2 was given the same budget but probably paid Liam a lot more money this time around.

What I Love about Liam Neeson is that he can carry a Flick whether he's the Lead or supporting player. @ 60yrs old he's one Tall, Sexy, Baritone and Amazonian Irish Fucker. His eyes are the most telling part of his incredible acting ability...

If you're a Die-hard Liam Neeson fan then you're gonna see it. I say it's not worth a $10 to $15 movie ticket. You can wait for DVD or Pay Per View....

Taken 2 took in $50-Million over the weekend....That's beyond Good for the Month of October...Taken 3 is officially a-go.....

Taken 2 was good...but Taken 1 was awesome! Taken 2 just felt super quick...like the resolution came way to fast. It seemed like they were taken then 45 minutes later they were on the plane home eating peanuts. It just came way to easily. And the actual plot was incredibly forced.

But hey...it was still a fun watch...I to would probably wait for DVD though

^^^My thoughts exactly....It was as if The Studio or Liam was pressed for time so they shot the film in a couple of months and the plot gives you this fast pace Wham-Bam-Thank-you-Mam outcome...You know the Studio is gonna tackle part 3...They need to make it more suspenceful and dangerous like Part 1....

I could not have summed it up better myself. I remember thinking, 'This is all happening so fast!' It was good but definitely wait until it comes out on home video.

Very disappointing movie. It's not in paris anymore it's in istanbul.

The storyline is very very weak, after the awesome Taken 1 feels like this one is a piece of shit.

Uhm, they pretty much told you that she had a problem with parking another car. And they showed you that she had no problem driving/parking her fathers car before they went to instabul.

I thought it was good but I agree that it felt quick. Not as good as the first but still good.
