    VPN Question...

    I logged on to my wireless modem website(?) and it has a tab for me to enable the VPN function.

    My question is how do I know if im protected with a VPN ISP when downloading???

    this is most likely a function for vpn SUPPORT, meaning that if you are trying to use a vpn from a machine behind your modem with an endpoint elsewhere. due to the ipv4 protocoll tunneling can be somewhat difficult through interconnect devices. with those settings you can enable it. you actually need access to a vpn to use this.
