Classics for me would be a bit older heheh.. and mainly computer games.. like Wolfenstein 3D (Original), Doom 1, Quake 1... I also liked Kings Quest 1 and 2 (these are definite classics - now redone for modern computers). In a different genre, Simcity Classic & 2000 and Civilization are also great to play.

Twisted Metal, hands-down. It was like a fantasy come to life for me, the ultimate in vehicular combat. And Warhawk, still one of the best flying combat games. Damn, now I gotta go fire up the ol' PS1 and blow shit up.......

omg i loved the PS1 between that and the super nintendo, omg, there went my childhood.

i think that some of my favorites were

Medevil
crash bandicot
grand turismo
tekken 2
silent hill

and there's a bunch more but that's all i can think of. i really think that PS1 was really one of the best eras for video games. more so than now but maybe its just me.

Ah, the first Silent hill. As terrible as the control scheme was, it was the beginning of my survival horror craze. Resident evil, FFVII, good stuff.

I really like and miss FF 7, 8 and 9 as well. I also miss BFMusashi. That have a PS 2 version of it but I think PS 1 was way better.

Final Fantasy VII was great, but i still prefer the 6 on SNES :3
FF8 was also great. Chrono trigger and Chrono Cross <3

also lots of hours playing crash bandicoot games, specially crash team racing! best kart game ever! loved the multiplayer ^^

I love spyro the dragon and crash bandicoot too haaha. They are the first few games I play at 6 when I first gotten the PS 1.

I think that video games are really easy to beat now. It takes me like 3 days to beat mirrors edge but with Ps1 it took me like a month or so. With other games.
