My favorite is still the one from a few years ago, flipping in the SAME SENTENCE. "I believe the Boy Scouts Organization should decide who should belong, but I don't think anyone should be denied because of sexual orientation". As my gram used to say "shit or get off the pot, Mitt"

    Re: Romney's biggest flip-flops

His most recent flip-flop (or one of his most recent) was something he said yesterday, I think, which is NOW trying to sound like he's saying that he's OK with guys loving each other, and possibly even implying that gay marriage is OK. I'm sure that somebody knows where the quote is, so I'm only saying what I thought I heard in passing.

I know that he was asked something about his sons & being gay, & he said something about them not being gay, because they're married, Uhm, Mitt, meet John Travolta, Elton John, Cary Grant, Tony Perkins.

He was then asked something about his grandkids being gay & he said he'd hope they'd be happy, just not allowed to marry. Grandpa, go to your room!! It's in the NYTimes article about a "more moderate Mitt". I think it's linked here on JUB CE & P

Actually that could be done if the course was to eliminate the word "marriage" from all government documents and replace the civil status with something neutral, like "domestically bonded", or even "jointly shackled". Then whoever liked the word marriage could use it and mean what they might wish by it, and the government would stay out of the way.

That would actually be very republican.

"Thirty-one* states allow all qualified citizens to carry concealed weapons. In those states, homosexuals should embark on organized efforts to become comfortable with guns, learn to use them safely and carry them. They should set up Pink Pistols task forces, sponsor shooting courses and help homosexuals get licensed to carry. And they should do it in a way that gets as much publicity as possible. "
