I'd say exactly the opposite. Jack is an easy going straight guy, and he constantly plays up the gayness. Finn on the other hand is a lot more awkward and shy and is a lot more uncomfortable with the gay stuff, aka he may be hiding something. Don't get me wrong, he clearly like the ladies. That much is obvious. He's had a lot of girlfriends. But I definitely think there's a possibility he might be into guys too. I have never seen Jack look at another guy the way Finn did in that gif, the whole video even. That's why I think Finn is the bi one.
