Can't upload any pics

I have a supporter account but can't upload any pics or customize my profile. It always says: error#2038.
Any help?
I tried several browsers, put JUB on the browsers safe list,
I have adobe flash player and so on.
What can I do?

this is a problem with the flash on your machine. try updating your flash version:
Adobe - Adobe Flash Player installieren

if this doesn't help, use the basic uploader:

It doesn't help. I can only write text. When I use the standard upload then there's also an error. I think it has to do with my suppurter status. Without everything worked fine.

Hi Svensex. This error, 2038, is also described in this thread (particularly starting around post 20). You might see if the several posts there give you any ideas to try - including this link. As Corny notes, it looks to be not a JUB-specific issue but a Flash one.
