Roxie got on my nerves, too, but her response was justified: the players always take notice of pairs and either do something about it OR (stupidly) let them get far into the game.

Even Malcolm couldn't keep a str8 face with the cookie comment and rambled trying to make an explanation. It was a truly dumb answer. I think a lot more went on with Malcolm and Angie than we saw because he had some pretty roving hands which made me a little nervous. You never know when someone might be accused of impropriety. If Angie needed a man then she chose the right one but will it cost either of them coming up? It's out there and their tribe knows.

No. Probst was taking it super serious like he always does because he believes this stupid game is some real life test of character rather than...just a stupid game. Her "cookies" retort stung him because she was basically trivializing the whole thing and Probst has deluded himself all these years into thinking Survivor is some important real life manly adventure.

Did you ever see "Eco-Challenge"? It was televised for 2 or 3 seasons on, I believe, Discovery Channel. That was a REAL, grueling outdoors competition that they happened to film (adventure racing, or expedition racing, is a real thing with or without TV cameras), as opposed to a TV show masquerading as an adventure. You had participants dropping like flies, vomiting their guts out, shitting their shorts from dysentery, etc. And it was all about the actual race, there was very little, if any, focus on typical "reality TV" bullshit drama (feuds, showmances, backstabbing, etc.). It was absolutely riveting to watch, and I've never been able to take "The Amazing Race" even remotely seriously since.

I was watching this episode with a group of friends and when angie said "cookies" the room went silent lol everyone was like, "did she really just say cookies" it was so out of left field. He really is an asshole. Normally at this point in the game I root for the underdog alliance in challenges, but I'm actually hoping Matsing will lose another immunity, just because I know Malcolm and Denise would vote his ass out.

Matsing and Tandang are making this season. As a 'tard for Penner this surprises me, but his tribe is an inert black hole of airtime, while the others have conflict, shifting dynamics and (most importantly) crazy women.

i have to give it to the producers, normally when there are more than 2 tribe they seem to dissolve by the second episode (cook islands/panama) and it looks like they are three tribes again. i think it will go kind of like last season.

they will keep the three tribe format for the next episode, bringing down to 14 people, and then they will tribe shuffle into 2 different tribes, and then they will be like that for two tribals, when they get to 12 they will merge, and it will go individual.

i think the tribe shuffle will be interesting cause ppl are gonna get screwed.

would be funny and ironic that jeff gets pulled from the game just like the 2 returnees. and also if he goes out then it would only be one more tribal and then merge at 12 since thats what they like doing now.

i would like to see another season like tocantins, regular 16 person/7 person jury/final 2. and i think its still one of the stronger seasons in terms of memorable characters and gameplay the 3 jalapo members getting to the final 4.

read some cast spoilers from next season, damn is all i have to say, im not sure what to think yet.
