they take about a year to heal, keep in mind that you should at least keep them in for six seven months to begin with, and then even with them out your nipples will be hard, if you wear loose shirts you should go without notice

well they will be more senstive, i love it having them piercied changes the shape of the nipple like i said i love how senstive they are, i really recommend you do it i was so happy when mine were done and if you don't like them you can take them out, were as a tatoo you are stuck with it, and it is cheaper to get done than a tatoo

I got mine pierced about a month ago! They don't hurt or anything anymore (the guy who pierced me said it can take up to 5 months to completely heal though) but I haven't tried them sexually yet...But I'm sure it'll be awesome.
