It's actually not so difficult. It's just about shooting two videos and cycling through all the positions you'd need to have for each 'part'. There has to be a definite line you can't cross (in this one it's the door frame) unless you know you're not going to need to see a certain body part (such as the hand on the ass, or in the 'anal' shots). And the camera has to be in exactly the same place for both videos. Use of a tripod is best for handheld cameras, but I just used my laptop's cam so it was easy.

You then take screen caps of each video when each side is in the right position, layer them in photoshop and just use the eraser to take out the background space in the top layer where the second "twin" should be.

It really helps that the pic quality on these isn't very good because you don't expect perfection. In better cameras you might find that there are subtle exposure changes if you move in front of a window or light source and the layers look a little different in their brightness, but there are easy fixes for that. Plus the cutting in HD pics has to be more precise.

I'd love to see pics if anyone else wanted to give this a try!
