You might still develop some chest hair. When I was 17 I had a full hairy chest, but I remember my high school health teacher saying that the body continues to develop until you get into your early 20's. It really depends on your genetics. Well, actually I'm travelling a lot. A LOT. Since I was about six months old my parents used to take me almost everywhere. The pics from my very first post where taken in Bali, Indonesia. So, there's always been a lot of moving around the globe, not only for vacation purposes but for job/work as well.
