About two years ago me and my girlfriend split and that's when I really wanted to look more like a man.
And now I'm doing a lot more fitness (5x a week) and tennis and sailing and I guess that shapes my body...
As you may noticed: I neither went to a fitness center and started working out nor did I stop eating the food I love. So yeah, it's pretty hard to give a secret wonder advice, cause i dont have one. Nonetheless I know that I have a huge will to look good because of my current gf. It's simply like that. I dont know of there's anything that could motivate you, but it helps (and it pays off)
