Cumlube is rumored to just be a mixture of J-Lube (used for veterinary procedures and widely popular with people into "extreme" toys) mixed with titanium dioxide (stuff they put in sunscreen) as a colorant. J-Lube is a powder you mix with water and one container apparently makes several GALLONS.
